Shipping Policy

We at EVAS HAPPY CREATIONS understand that you would like to receive your products in a timely fashion and in top condition. So, we use our large network of couriers to bring you the best as soon as possible.

  • All orders are processed within the stated duration on the product details after the received payment.
  • We will ship out your order within the stated duration in the product details. Usually 2-3 business days on the ready to ship product and 7-10 business days for customised products.
  • Our courier partners will deliver your products within 5-7 working days. [Note: Our courier partners try to deliver before the estimated delivery date but sometimes they might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances].

Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy

  • If you have received a wrong/damaged product, we can replace this with the exact same item or refund the amount depending upon the availability or stock of the product. Goods once sold will not be exchanged or returned
  • Please do not accept the product if the inner packaging is damaged.
  • Please email us or call within 24 hours of delivery if you have received a defective product .  A pre-video shoot before the opening of the parcel need to be mailed as a proof for documentation. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.
  • We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation.
  • It is a customer's responsibility to return us the unused products.
  • Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.
  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
  • All products once purchased are non-refundable

    EVAS HAPPY CREATIONS reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The firm will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
